Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or high shipping demand.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
